“We all have this idea that change will just happen because we want it to but this is not the case for there are certain stages that we must go through in order for it to happen. Change is a process and for some of us, we will repeat our choices over and over again until we find a resolution to our problems. We must remember that change is not an event where we wake up one morning and decide we need to change something in our lives and it automatically will appear. We must be patient with change for we have been conditioned to see life one way and now we are being asked through change to see it differently. This is not an easy task so remember do not give up if it doesn’t happen right away for we must break through our conditioning to experience something new!”
